So uncle david. This post is for you. I am dating a firefighter and thought you would like to know that.
His name is eric and he works for the Colorado Springs Fire Department. He is the one on the right by the way. It is kinda fun dating a fire fighter, except today we had a huge apartment fire in the springs and he was working it and you have no idea if they are ok or really what is going on.
Just thought you all would like an update since I don't get to live by ya'll for you to meet him.

Hey Katie, I"m glad to see you posted just for me. And as you probably know you will learn to have a back up ride home when traveling with a firefighter. So thank you for the introduction to Eric,is he full time or part paid? Good to hear from you. Uncle David

He is full time and loves the fact that he only has to work something like 10 days out of the month. There was a huge fire here today, so he is there working there today. It was an apartment fire with 130 units, and over 300 tenants displaced. So yeah he loves it.
Katie Marie, you crack me up! I know the feeling of not knowing if they are OK or not...my Dad might not know this, but I still get worried about him, you never know what could happen, especially being such an old man now!!! he he he.....love you

I was going crazy yesterday. The fire was huge and I hadn't heard from him all day. I was a tad going nuts. But it turned out fine. He is a big boy, but I still worried.
