I was thinking last week as I experienced watching Gavin see his new brother about the day I got to meet my new little brother David. In those days we didn't get to go up to the hospital(I know that was the DARK AGES) but I remember getting off the school bus and running to the house on Ivanrest to see new baby David. I was so excited!
I remember the first time Mom let me babysit for him. It was a Wed night and they went to church and let me stay with the baby. Wow did I feel big! Since then he has helped take care of me more times than once. He has been such a blessing to me as he has grown into a strong man of God, and a special friend to me as well as my husband. Happy Birthday David.I love you.
